I have spent my entire career helping people grow, heal and connect with the vision of their Authentic Self in different forms.

 

I have:

• Helped leaders in organizations develop leadership skills

• Spent over a decade as a psychotherapist, helping people heal from past trauma, depression, anxiety and grief

• Taught and coached people to their fullest potential as an on-staff life coach at Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort

• Served as a Master Coach in an organization where I taught and mentored over 90 coaches to hone their coaching skills.

Currently, I am working with people who are feeling the inner nudge to dive deep into their soul and discover even more of who they are created to be.  My clients have an Inner Knowing that there is something more to this life, and they are ready to begin to journey Into the Woods to discover what that is.
