My approach is grounded in a rare blend of evidence-based assessment and clinical depth. As both a PCC-level Executive Coach and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I offer more than standard coaching. Leveraging over two decades of experience within premier firms like Korn Ferry and Deloitte, I partner with C-suite candidates, VPs, and Directors to help navigate critical career inflections.
